Education Media Design & Technology MS Program, Full Sail University
As a producer/engineer, I have worked with artists like Boyz II Men, Luther Vandross, Johnny Gill, Phyllis Hyman, Keith Sweat, and more. Prior to graduating from Delaware State University, my R and B band, "Final Mixx", won the 1989 National Budwieser Showdown Band Competition, which resulted in a recording contract with Motown Records. During my time at Motown, I was able to build my career in recording, engineering, and the technology of music. I am currently employed at Delaware State University where I serve as the Music Technology Specialist. In addition to working at the university, I also own a private recording studio where I work with DSU student interns seeking additional hands on experience in the production and recording environment.

  1. Another great video Marty. Your videos are definitely dressed to impress. FunnelBrain looks like a great tool for teachers and students a like. I noticed there was a collaborative element to FunnelBrain as well. I suppose you could have students work together to create their own Flashcards based on the concepts you talk about in school. What's the output system for the flash cards? Is it strictly web-based Javascript or Flash or is there a way to export and view flashcards offline?
I will definitely take a look at Funnel Brain now.

  2. Funnel Brain does not offer any means of exporting flashcards for offline use. However, Funnel Brain does allow for sharing and collaborating on social network websites, business websites, personal websites, and more. One really nice feature to Funnel Brain is that it allows the user to embed flashcard codes into other websites and online social networks so learners don't have to navigate away from say an online CMS that they visit regularly like ours at Full Sail.
